Well, Two weeks into the New Year. Ive had to remove my license from the Realty brokerage. They want $500 to be a member of REALTORS association required by working under said realtor. Since I'm dealing primarily with rentals and via the web. I just can't see shelling out money I don't have. :-(The firm I did their web site for has asked I do more work for them so that will come in handy. Easy for me to do.
I am uncertain as to my immediate future. It will take a bit of work to get people to list their properties with me. I had great hopes to start the Property Management for the Realtor in Daytona but it always comes down to finances.... anyway tomorrow is always another day. I'm lucky this month my City utilities ended in a $119.00 credit because the 4% increase by the city on water and sewer was recinded. So I ended with a $25.47 CR for the month , thats cool. Sexually nothing to speak of this week more concerned getting things moving.

Life indeed is a bit harder these days. But I have to make do somehow. But Ive got to tell ya its been hell of late and being all alone is no fun either. Well thats it for now.
