Ft. Carson. Co

Me and my girls recently moved back to my 
husbands duty station he is on his 3rd
deployment to Iraq so I hired movers to
help with my relocation  because I have a 
3 yr old with CP , Come to find out my
movers scammed us and held our house hold 
goods hostage until yesterday we moved back
on the 3rd of July so my little one could 
get the therapy she needs. We had to rent 
furniture and so on I have gotten behind 
on bills and now we could use help with 
Food sense I had to pay the movers what 
they requested to get our house hold goods 
back.I have never been so helpless to have
to ask for this kind of help but, I went 
through the local law enforcement and sit 
at JAG fore 3 hours to be handed a phone 
number where I could file a complaint with 
the FMSA and my insurance wouldn't help
unless i had a police report and they told
me it was a civil matter. Our location is 
Colorado Springs CO  duty station is Fort 
Carson CO my husband serves with the 4ID 
3BCT 4-10 cav  He is SGT Richardson  and 
is not due to return until Feb /March
2009 time frame he has been deployed 
since Dec of 2007.I hope this makes since
my husband had moved me and the girls back
to our home town for support but, we
couldn't get the health care our 3 yr old
needed and I had a contract with my
movers and proof I payed them in full not
to mention they are approved by the FMSA
and listed.
