Casa Conejo - This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath Villa is located in the exclusive Pedregal of Cabo San Lucas, within easy walking distance to downtown Cabo San Lucas. Amenities include satellite TV, purified water system, swimming pool, spa, barbecue area, full kitchen with all appliances and utensils, laundry facilities, and spectacular ocean views of the Sea of Cortez and Marina. There is also a 1BR casita available for an extra $75/night. Daily maid service is included with this Villa.
Villa de la Familia Stein - This magnificent Villa has 4 separate sleeping quarters with private entrances designed to accommodate any combination of 2-8 people. It has a cantilevered pool, Jacuzzi, and outside bathroom on the terraced sun deck that is perfect for relaxing, whale watching, and sunbathing. Located in the prestigious Pedregal community, it is only 1 mile to downtown Cabo and a short hike to the beach from the lower garden. Villa has 6 baths and 5-bedrooms, four with large king beds that can convert to 8 twins, and one with a queen bed, as well as a queen sofa sleeper. It is located in the gated Pedregal neighborhood of Cabo, and is about 1 mile to town and close to the beach. Amenities include a large Jacuzzi hot tub, lap pool, satellite TV, stereo, telephone, barbecue with patio furniture, daily maid, full kitchen, A/C, and Jacuzzi in the master bath.
Pedregal Paradise - One of the nicer homes in the Pedregal, this charming 6-bedroom, 8-bath Villa is perfect for larger groups. There are 2 master bedrooms, a Jacuzzi hot tub in one with an adjustable remote controlled king-sized bed for your sleeping comfort. Pedregal Palace - This 5-level 10,000 sq. ft. 6 bedroom/61/2 bath Villa was built for fun! Located in the exclusive Pedregal, it has its own putting green, huge pool with water slide, swim up bar and cascading Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, gym, ballet bar, and ping-pong table. Villa De Oro - This beautiful 6 bedroom/7 bath Villa has 9,000 sq. ft. under roof and spectacular ocean views of the Sea of Cortez, marina, and harbor. Casa Karcher - This beautifully furnished and decorated 3-level 5- bedroom/8 bath oceanfront Villa is one of the nicest homes in the Los Cabos area. Originally built for Carl Karcher, founder of the Carl's Jr. hamburger chain, it is located in the prestigious Palmilla Sur development between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. The first level has the master bedroom with king sized bed, large gourmet kitchen, and living room area opening up to a large covered terrace.
