Hi,
My family has supported me through 3 very long
deployments and are now facing yet another
beginning in Feb. 2008. We have been looking
forward to a christmas together for quite sometime.
Due to some unexpected car repairs, and a death
in the family our savings account has been emptied
and we barely manage to make ends meet as it is.
I know we should be thankful to be together as a
family however I do not want my children to be
dissappointed or think Santa forgot them.
They have had a rough few years and really
deserve so much!! Any help anyone would be
willing to give my family would be so appreciated!
...I am the proud father of 9 children, 4 boys and 5
girls. Boys ages are 16,6,3,1, Girls are 14,13,11,10,

when I am away...she deserves a medal!! We are

Dear Caring Friends,
My name is April Ann Fuller, I am the wife of an
Active Duty Navy man who work aboard the USS
Abraham Lincoln as an Engineman. I would be
grateful and blessed to receive assistance with
either new or donated clothes for my two young
daughters, Jade who turned 5 on August the 26th
and wears a size 5 to 6 in pants and wears a size
7 to 8 in blouses, and winter boots she wears a
size 13 and a 1/2 in children. My other daughter
Jalayla turned 3 on August the 25th and wears a
size 3T to 4T in bottoms and a size 4T to 5T in
tops.
I would also appreciate any donations of clothing
for myself. I am currently enrolled in school,
but I will be working so, so I would like some
business and church clothes: size Large in blouses,
6 to 7 in pants and skirts. Living paycheck to
paycheck is difficult; especially when my Husband
is deployed. We are almost out of financial credit
card debt and I vow to pay them back and never go
that route again. Therefore, getting necessities
has been difficult. Thank You and God Bless Each
of You.

a good christmas even though daddy is gone again.
I was going to travel to Arizona to visit family, but
the military screwed up our pay and we are not
getting the extra money that we had counted on to
do christmas for my kids. This has got me very
frusturated due this is not an emergency to the army.
They cant do nothing except give me the concelation
that the money will be here on januarys paycheck

Hello,
I would like to submit a request for assistance. I
am an active duty member of the Air Force. Previously
a single mother of 6 years, recently married. Currently
I do not have transportation to get to work.My husband
works a different shift that does not allow us to travel
together. I am currently carpooling with different
individuals, every day I struggle with how I am going
to get home. I have two children, one in Elementary
the other in High School. We also have to coordinate
how they will get to and from school daily. It becomes
very expensive to pay gas to different individuals with
the increasing prices. At this time, we are financially
unable to purchase another vehicle. There are other
financial difficulties, but this appears to be the
greatest need. Any assistance would greatly be
appreciated. Please inform me of the correct procedure
as to submit a request for assistance. Thank you for

the boys would also be a major blessing.
I am struggling to do things on my own, and it will be
the first Christmas for these boys without their Mom. I
would be so grateful if some Angels could help in any way
possible. I will be forever Thankful and Blessed. Peace
and Blessings to these Entertaining Angels.

My name is Loren Maynard wife of PFC David Maynard Jr.
I am writing because I came across you site on the internet
because I am searching for help for my family so that we
still have a home to spend christmas in. My husbands pay
is very short because he forgot to pay his star card payment
and they are now taking it out of his pay so we are only
being paid 365.00 this 2 weeks and we are already a little
behind on our rent because pf a pet deposit for a pet we
never had. Also our banking account is over drawn by
almost $230. I know that there are more people that need
help but thank you for considering me my husband and
my 1 year old Nathaniel. Have a great day.
I just wanted to know if you had found any one to help us.
We are going to be evicted if we do not pay our rent because
we are behind 172.00 and our rent is $275.00 so we will be
over 450.00 late and they will evicte us and I have a one
year old little boy and I am sceard of what will happen once
we get evicted. We have already tryed to get a AER loan and
my husbands 1st sg would not let us get it..Please help us.

My husband is a former Marine who has been serving in
Iraq as a security contractor for the Department of
Defense. Unfortunately, while in Iraq he was hit so
many times by IED's and roadside bombs he recieved a
temporary brain injury from the shockwaves. He has
been home for the past couple of months to heal and
have his short term memory return among other things
and will not be able to go back this time due to his
injuries. This has been a very hard year and due to
his injuries and my needing to take care of him we
have lost pretty much everything. It has been the
hardest on our 5 year old daughter because when we
lost our home we had to leave most of her toys behind
too. Despite everything that has happened to our family
this year she has expemplified the Christmas spirit
and never asked for anything for her, but instead
offered us her piggy bank to help us buy food, pay
bills, etc. While it has broken our hearts that she
has even been put in the position to feel the need to
offer, we are so proud of her for her giving, loving
nature at such a young age.
Kind Regards,
Victoria Doody

been abused my husband for almost half of his
military career. On November 5th, he abandoned
me and my children. It was a blessing and
devastation in the same day. It put me in the
hospital for three days, I have heart problems.
I am glad he is gone because he silenced me for
so long and recently found out he had been trying
to hurt my 15 year old son for the last 2 years
in our back yard at night. He has not paid us
anything, we have lived off school help and
charity and donations. He makes over 4000.00 a
month with his retirement and current job.
I need help please!!!!! I'm not sure what help
you offer, but I will take anything at this point!!

Hello. Thank you for trying to help. I am a mother to 3
daughters. We have been so blessed already to have
each other. My husband is Active Air Force. Our oldest
is 12 and has CP (Cerable Palsy) and is Bilaterally Deaf.
She is a very *normal* Girl. My middle child is 10 and
is legally blind. She has never let her vision issues stop
her from being a straight A student. My youngest is 7.
She is a very sweet child who helps her sisters daily.
They are all blessings sent to us from God. 2 days ago
we found out I may have a very rare bone cancer in my
lower jaw. Even with united Concordia dental insurance
and Tricare we can not afford to buy Christmas and tend
to my medical needs. All I am asking for is prayers to
help us find a way. God does everything for a reason and
I know with faith we will make it through this.
Thank you for any help you can send for Christmas. If all
you can do is say a little prayer that will be wonderful too.
I know all of us living on just a military check have tight
budgets. Thank you all and Merry Christmas. I hope all
who are in need may find their angel.
Thank you so very much,

harder. Holidays are supposed to be a happy time but
like many other military families we struggle to keep
the spirit with daddy being gone. Anyways I'd greatly

Since August of 2006 money has been extremely tight.
I left our townhome that constantly had a broken ac
to live in a motel with our asthmatic son until we
qualified for base housing. In September we
qualified for housing after a yr and a half wait.
We moved in Oct. again, my husband came home from
Iraq in Nov. Dec. was a very hard time, Jan., our
daughter was born We have been trying to save up
for dental repairs on my mouth but thus far have
nothing, not even in savings. We have been paying
school debts and a broken lease debts. My husband
was just in accident totalling our car. We were
actually looking forward to him deploying in Nov.,
so we could start getting back on top or even on
middle ground, but he will not be deploying until
after Dec. most likely not even until March.
Christmas once again will be sparse for my kids.
We have been blessed to recieve hand-me-downs for
our children thus far, but they are already
growing so big. If you can help us out it will be
greatly appreciated. My son is 2 1/2 years old (size 4t,
shoes size 8), and our daughter is 10 months old
(size 18 - 24 months, shoes size 3 (with wider base).

My husband is currently serving in Iraq.I had been
saving money because I need about $5,000 in dental
work but our savings account is now gone...due to our
daughter being in the hospital for almost 3 months.
She was born premature and has breathing problems (she
is still on a hospital monitor at home) I was saving
up money to have dental work done.I am in need of a
dentist that can do the work for me or anyone who is
willing to donate for my dental work. This is a last
resort....I have searched every possible way to get
this done. My dental insurance has a $1200 a year cap
and it is already spent. I have over 5,000 dollars
worth of work (I can provide proof) that still needs
to be done. This is a last resort for us. Please if
you know a dentist or anyone that can help....thank

I had. While my husband was in boot I discovered I had MS
and now am unable to work because of the pregnancy, I am so
sick I had to move my mother in to take care of our other
children and myself. We used every penny we had to move our
family here and then some. For the past three months we have
slept on an air mattress because we cant afford a bed, and
dont own a television either. We dont care about having a TV
or a bed, or any of our other financial difficulties at the
moment. We do know that we want our children to have a
christmas. Our daughter (5) and son (2) deserve to have a

well I will be able to work again. Until then I dont know
where to go or what to do. I know I am tired of telling my

Camp Pendleton, Ca
My husband is currently deployed with the 31st
MEU, and my son and I are anxiously awaiting
his return here at Camp Pendleton, CA.
Unfortunately, he may not make it home in time
for the holidays. He is due to return the 4th
of January, but they have been trying to bump
up his return date because I am due with our
second child. My due date is January 15th;
however, I have a blood clotting disorder that
makes me high-risk for pregnancy and they will
be inducing me 2 weeks early. So we are keeping
our fingers crossed that he will make it home
in time for both Christmas and the baby. We have
one other child, a son. He is 2 years old (3 on
January 23rd), and he is the spitting image of
his daddy. He is excited to be a big brother and
keeps asking when his baby sister is coming home.
My husband and I just want to make sure that even
if he doesn't have his daddy home for Christmas,
he still has a good Christmas morning. We had
some errors with our base housing payments, so
our income has been severely reduced, and we have
had a lot of unexpected expenses (like replacing
the car windshield which had a large crack). Any
help with getting my son the Christmas he deserves
would be appreciated. He loves to build with blocks
or legos, or whatever he can find to stack up and
knock over. He is such a joy, that he will always
be my little Christmas present. Thank you so much
for helping make our Christmas special!

I am a spouse of a service member on Submarines.
He is not stationed in Colorado but on the USS
Louisville. He comes home about 30 days a year.
I have household items that I can not do myself
and he is never home long enough to help me with
them. Is there a organization that can help me
do some house repairs Manuel labor? I have a
leaking roof in my living room and my kitchen
tile is falling off. I figured I would see if
there is any military organization in Denver
that could help me?
That would be great. I will have to find a
picture of my husband on my home computer. I
will be happy to pay for the services. I just
need help getting it done. I know I am not as
needy as others but I am alone here and he will
not be done for another 3 years.
Thank you for all that you do for the families.
It is a blessing for all.
Thank You!! Have a great day

Hi. I was writing to find out about getting some
help for Christmas this year (2007). My husband is
a Marine and we are stationed at Camp Pendleton, Ca.
My husband is getting ready to deploy next month and
that will be hard enough on us, spending the holidays
alone. On top of that, we are a family of 6, my kids
are 7 (boy), 6 (girl), 3 (boy) and 1 (boy) and we are
living on 1 income and he is E-5/Sgt and I am a stay
@ home mom. We live paycheck to paycheck like a lot
of other military families and it is very hard for us
at Christmas. I was also wanting to go back home for
Christmas, so we didn't have to be alone but there
again we can't afford it. If someone could help us
out, we would be so very grateful. I would really like
to have a good Christmas for my children this year. My
husband and I never buy for ourselves, it is always
about the kids and in our eyes that is the way it
should be. We have just had a lot of things go on
lately that we are financially strapped. As I said,
any help would be gratefully appreciated.
Thank you,

me in the hole. I am currently behind on several bills
and our 2 car notes, I am not really sure if I will
have any money for Xmas. It so hard for me to ask for

We are a military family of 6. My husband returned
safely from Iraq in August, but had a difficult time
finding a job. He has recently started a new job which
is helping us get on our feet a bit. We have a 8 year
old daughter, a 3 year old son and recently took in my
sister's almost 2 year old twin boys. Our son is
autistic and has in home therapy 3-4 days a week and
so it limits the amount of hours that I can work. On
top of that one of the twins has Schizencephaly and
is totally blind and entering the final stages of his
life. We have no money in savings and with all four
birthdays and Christmas coming around in the next 2 1/2
months, I fear that there will be no gifts for the
children. It is very hard to afford groceries and
utilities at this point, let alone anything extra for
the children.
We also need help with weatherizing the house for the
winter. We have a full attic and there is no insulation
anywhere in it. The windows leak terribly and with such
a small house and growing children, it is inevitable
that my husband and I will have to sleep up there. Please
help in whatever way possible. I want to make sure that
even though this might be the last Christmas we are all
together, it is a good one.

Hello,
We are a navy military family that has fallen on hard times.
About 6 months ago I injured my knee resulting in my need to
have surgery. The past 2 months I have had no income and we
have been living on just my husbands military pay. We have
been struggling up to this point and now we are in danger of
loosing our house and having no where to live. My job is
unable to give me more than 5 hours a week which is not
helping I can only heal so fast. I am currently trying to
get a job elsewhere that will work with me and give me more
hours. But unfortunately, we cannot come up with the money
we need to try and catch up on our loan. We were trying to
pay the minimum in our bills, and still pay our mortgage,
but it is not working. Our water has been shut off and the
much needed mortgage had to be dipped into to have it turned
back on. We have tried to get loans but are unable to. We
feel like we are living on borrowed time. We have 2 children
8 and 11. It breaks my heart that we could have no place soon.
I don’t know what to do. If anyone can help us we would much
appreciate it. Virginia Beach, VA

I am submitting this request on behalf of my wife. She
does not want to ask for help. Her grandmother is not
given much more time, no specific time has been given,
but I would like for her to have the opportunity to
see her. I believe she is in Oregon and we live in
Colorado Springs, CO. I am currently deployed and my
budget does not work since joining the military,
before or after I was married. My wife, Jimmie, is
currently supposed to be on medications for her back
pain and has surgery on her wrist at the beginning of
next month.
My budget does not work because of child
support responsibilities that are based on previous
employment amounts and refusal of child support to
recognize the military as a valid employment for me,
because of pay rate. I am not asking for any help on
my child support, however, if there is something
someone can do to refer me to someone who can assist
in correcting or changing the current problem with it,
I would be grateful. What I am asking for is a plane
ticket for my wife to visit her grandmother and
possibly some relief on a credit card my wife and I
have had a problem with trying to get paid. She had
this from her previous marriage, it totals around
2,000 right now. I do not have the specifics, but my
wife will have them, please contact her at

In May 2007 my wife and I welcomed our son into
the world, at that time she had a good job and
received Maternity pay from her job. When she
went back to work ready to tell birthing stories
and share pictures within minutes of her arriving
she was fired. She was replaced by her temp who
did the job at a lower salary. Because her firing
was unexpected we used our emergency saving to
pay for day care and household maintenance. Now
4 months later my funds are gone. I am doing my
best to avoid the check cashing facilities. My
wife starts a new job today August 6,2007 however
she will not receive a paycheck for almost 6
weeks and my paycheck is gone taking care of both
sets of bills/cars and daycare.
I am requesting help with food, gasoline, daycare
as well as phone bills and a car payment. If I
fall behind another month all services will be
shut off, I've been paying 200 a week on daycare
since my wife's firing so she could go on job
interviews and keep his spot in the daycare.
Thank you for your assistance.

later everything started going wrong with the car and
then found out that before I had it, it was in a roll

in repairs, but it still needs work.
The whole front ends needs work on it just to make it
safe to drive and my family is very short on money. I
do not feel good driving with my daughter in the vehicle.
It is not safe at all. We even have to jump start the
car every day and no one can tell us why. The battery
is new, the alternater is new, and the starter is still
good. If there is anyway we could get some help making
our car reliable please give me a call anytime.

Hi, my name is Carla Cayo. My husband, myself, and
three children live in Fort Hood Texas. My husband
just went back into the Army after an 8 year leave.
I am writing this e-mail to ask for anyone's help
with all of our bills that have accumulated over
the last 8 months.
Prior to my husbands enlistment I was the sole
financial provider for our family because he was
unable to find a job. It was a very hard struggle.
There were times that I thought I couldn't take
it anymore. Since he has been in, the military
has NEVER gooten his pay right. One month they
only paid him $ 462.00. For a family of 5. How
can anyone live on that!
However, we did it though. Because of all these
situations, I had to resort to using the credit
cards, which are now maxed out. I will gladly
give anyone who can help me and my family a list
of these bills. I am too embarrassed to actually
post it on this site.
I know that God never puts too much on our
plates that he doesn't think we can't handle,
but sometimes I feel that the plate is too small.
There comes a point in ones life, that it just
gets too hard to do alone.
I am trying real hard to be a good Army wife,
but I need help. Thank each and everyone of you
for taking the time to read my story. I know
there are many more out there like mine. If
anyone wants to contact me directly, please
call do so.
Thank you to all our soldiers for their
dedication and hard work, Carla Cayo

like I am going to go crazy, because the money never goes
far enough to pay off the things we need to pay. On top
of that the stress of my husband being gone, this has all
takin its toll on our family. I was wondering if anybody
would be able to help out with maybe some grocery
certificates or any help with getting my son some new
clothes for school. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you so much! God bless you

My family is in need of some help to get our main
vehicle fixed. The transmission has went out on our
van that is a 2001 Town and Country. I have three girls
6 and under and I am about to have our fourth child, a
boy! We have no idea how we will be able to get it
fixed at this point.
We were given a quote of getting fixed with a rebuild
transmission and that was $4500,but my husband thinks
we can get it done for less. If there is any help out
there I would be so grateful for it. Even if it is
information on where to find a cheaper part. Thank you
for your help!

My name is Tracy. I am 28 yrs. old., and we are currently
stationed at Fort Bragg, NC. I have 2 beautiful girls. My
youngest is 4 and my oldest is 12. Right now my husband is
deployed to Iraq. It has been hard on all three of us. We
miss him very much.
I have been taking a Dental Assistant program here on Pope
AFB. for The American Redcross. I will graduate this July,
13th. In order to finish this program up I have got to get
my x-ray certification. This will cost $450.00. I am going
to pay this so that I am able to get a job and help our
family out. I have a car payment that I am not able to pay,
which is $408.00. This month has been hard on us. We have
had several things come up,including my Certification and
my 12 year olds birthday. With me getting a job, it is going
to help out our family greatly. I am asking to see if anyone
can help me make my car payment. Thanks to everyone who is
really into supporting our military and Mr. Mealey for his
website.

To whom it may concern,
Asking for your help if at all possible. I had returned
from Iraq for the third time and its financially drained
us to the point we have to move on post, we are home
owners, we are currently month and a half behind on
mortgage. I think we were also part of a scam, I was
deployed when my wife had bought our house, she did not
know that much about buying. We dont want the house to
go into forclosure. We shut most of everything off in
the house except utilities. Can you help. I will provide
as much documentation as you need. Thanks David Talbert

Hello. My name is Lori and today my father was
care-flighted into a hospital where he had surgery on
his heart. It happened all of a sudden. My father is
only 61 years old, he works six days a week as a
automotive mechanic, which is a very hot or (cold) and
hard job. He was in the army in the late 1960 and
early 70's. Today when I got to talk to him in the ICU
I said Daddy, you will probably be here until this
weekend, he said I might as well be on the streets if
I cant work we will be kicked out of our house. There
is no way he can work. Him and my mom raised all of
us, our youngest brother was killed when he was eleven
which left a big hole in our hearts, especially my
parent, today I wondered if my brother was on the trip
in the helicopter with my dad not knowing what would
happen to him.
I know my dad, and it makes me so sad to think how scared
he must have been, and still is.He and my mom have nothing
they rent their house and of all of us kids we struggle
ourselves to get by too.So when I came accross this website
I just had to let you guys in on their story. I am so happy
my dad did not die today, but I am afraid the stress of his
situation could cause him to have another heart attack.
Well thanks for listening, what they need is help with their
utilities, rent, and food. Thanks again

My neighbor is in the Air Force. She is stationed her
in Mechanicsburg, PA at the MEPS. Her husband was
admitted to Walter Reed yesterday. She lives two hours
from the hospital in Mechanicsburg, PA . She is having
to drive there in the AM and home at night. They have
two boys that she is trying to keep in school. I am
worried about her financial situation because they are
use to living on two incomes. With her having to drive
so much I am trying to get gas cards for her. His
parents are driving from two hours north of us to help
with the boys and an additional two hours to visit Tim.
Is there anything that your organization can do to help
her and her family?
Thank you,

My name is Crystal and my family and I are currently living
on Fort Bragg,NC. We have been here for about 3 months now.
We are finally getting settled in and getting ready for my
husbands second deployment. We had a lot of financial
difficutly when we first moved here, but now we seem to have
that under control. A week ago we needed our AC in our car
repaired. We have a 2000 Nissan Sentra and it is our only
means of transportation. We took it to a local Nissan place
and had them find out what the problem was. The estimate was
around $400.00. We went to our Army Emergency Relief center
and borrowed the money for the repair. The Nissan place also
decided to fix a few warranty problems without consulting us.
!!
When we received our vehicle back, it now is making an awful
noise both when you turn the AC on and when it is off. My
husband just took it back to see what the problem was and see
if they had done something wrong. They say it is not their
fault. They will have to put it back on the machine to know
what is wrong with it, which is $70-$80 to do then they will
give us an estimate. I feel they are done us totally wrong
and now I do not know where to turn or anything. This is our
only vehicle we have. I have two children ages 4 and 12 that
I also have to have transportation for. If anyone can help
me or give me some sort of advice I would greatly appreciate
it. GOD BLESS MR. MEALEY AND EVERYONE WHO HELPS OUR MEN AND
WOMEN FIGHTING FOR OUT FREEDOM!!!
SIncerely, Crystal

Hello,
I am not sure if I qualify or not, but what I need is
just for someone to help with small home improvements,
like a few cabinet door falling down, need locks put
on cabinets and a few doors, and I am trying to re-build
a play ground for my son. My husband just came back
from back to back deployments, and getting ready to go
to school. We have a 5 year old autistic son, who is
our light and joy. My husband and I are so busytaking
our son to his many therapies, even our weekends, we
are involved in our sons activities. We attend various
support meetings, workshops, and mini conferences. I
hope I am not asking for too much. I know this may
sound petty to others, but it would be a great blessing
for us. If we could be of any help to anyone, new to
the world of autism, we would be more than happy to
share with you all we can.
With Sincere Thanks,

Hello, my name is SSG David K. Talbert, I don't know if
you can help but I thought it would be worth the try. Me
and my wife are attempting to sell our house and move on
post. We are having financial difficulty due to us not
being able to afford living off post anymore. My wife had
a hard time dealing with my deployment and now we are in
a difficult situation. We need to move on post. The tricky
part is having enouph to get caught back up and get the
house ready to sell. With me leaving to go to school its
going to be hard to move once a house becomes available.
I don't know what this organization can help with, to get
out of the red we need 3,000 and another 1,000 to move.
Once we move on post our worries will be gone due to us
being able to afford a lot more. WE pay about 2800 a month
to live here, it was fine until I returned from I Iraq. If
you can help I would appreciate it. Thanks SSG TALBERT

Coventry, RI
I proudly returned from over 22 years of active duty to
set upa home as a single parent of three boys. I selected
Rhode Island as my terminal tour and bought a home in
Coventry, RI. This home had to be expanded to give us enough
room to live comfortably. I hired a contractor, explained
what needed to be done and we negotiated a price. I gave him
a deposit and signed a contract. I continued my service
obligations. From time to time the contractor contacted me
to report on the progress and ask for more money which I
repeatedly sent. To shorten the whole story the contractor
lied on the progress of the work and when I got to Rhode
Island all I found was a hole in the ground and a stack of
building materials that had been charged to my account. I
took the contractor to court and was awarded $88,774.21 in
damages. This $88,774.21 (that was my life savings) proved
to be uncollectable as this contractor has scammed several
other people in the area then disappeared.
Since I still needed a place to house my three children, I
hired another contractor to complete the job. (This time I
paid by obtaining a home equity line of credit) In the
ensuing 3 years the costs of construction heve been going
up that even if we were to get the monies the court awarded,
of which there is no possibility, it would not pay for what
still needs to be done to finish the house as it was planned.
The home equity loan I took out to pay the new contractor,
was to try to use the materials that have been out doors
and turning bad as time went on. The rates have gone up so
fast that I am struggling just to pay that loan along with
my original mortgage and all the other problems this lead to.
I have given up the dream of my perfect house but in bare
minimum, in order to just make it liveable, this house still
needs a septic sistem and a heating system. Because of this
scam I am all out of money and my house is now mortgaged to
the hilt and still not done. These are jobs that no contractor
will do without being paid up front at least for the materials.
I really need help! I never dreamed I would have to ask for
help, but I am desperate. I am usually a person who is the
one giving.
Thank you Janet

My name is Cynthia. My huband Jim has been sent
all over the world sence 9/11, now he is presently
in Afg. and our 19 yo son is in Iraq, they will not
be returning till Feb. 08. I work full time as a 911
operator for the state of Georgia, and also a full
time mom to two beautiful daughters 15 and 17. I have
a burden I'm carring around with me besides the pain
of my two favorit men in a war zone. We are in threat
of losing our home, our home is where we feel safe and
close to our loved ones who are gone right now. I dont
have the money to fix the problem, our flooring needs
to be replaced. The walls are coming apart from the
ceiling now, and the base boards are cracking. I can't
seem to bring myself to burden my husband with this
while he is over there doing his duty. I have had
several contractors look at it, but there is no way
we can afford to pay for this. Please, if anyone can
help us we would be very grateful to you. Thank you
from a military family. Cynthia
