OUR MISSION
Our military are now engaged in a just war that has taken them from
their homes, jobs and loved ones. We wish them all the best and pray
they will be safe and well in the performance of their duties. We
realize many are also professionals and working individuals that by
serving their country puts a major strain on their family finances.
As a Veteran myself, We feel those of us for whom these individuals
are overseas fighting for our freedom and those of the suffering
Iraqi population should be at ease and know that their families needs
are being met.
The purpose of this site is to match Family sponsors with those
military families that need a helping hand. We encourage military
families that need help contact us with their needs and a picture of
their military partner. We will post that individuals picture on a
page of honor and match your families needs with a willing sponsor
that will handle one of your bills.
We ask you state your need without giving out your specific address
or personal data but do state the location TOWN/STATE. We will post
your request and match you with a willing sponsor when available.
PLEASE MAKE YOUR REQUEST SHORT AND BRIEF,WE KNOW YOU ARE IN NEED
BUT A BOOK OF A POST TAKES SPACE FROM OTHERS IN NEED! KEEP IT SHORT
You will need to present proof of the obligation to your sponsor so
that it can be paid to that entity. We do wish you let us know who
your military partner is so we can post it in our page of Honor.
We provide two email links below: one for the Family Needing help
and the other willing sponsors. We will have a page where we post
the need. We will match the two parties. DO NOT SEND US MONEY!
We prefer you provide the families with grocers Food GIFT Certificates
such as from- Publix,WinnDixie,Albertsons,Piggly Wiggly, A&P, Ralphs,
Safeway, Krogers in $25.00 increments which you will mail to those
requesting food which you have selected. As for toys likewise gift
card from Wal-Mart or similar that you can send to the families that
you have selected.
We are honored to be able to maintain this website to help Military
families in need, our sole goal is to help those in need but you are
welcome to support our effort as well if you wish.

This is a program that has come to our attention that could with
a little effort create a steady income for a participating party.
It would be ideal for military housewives that are taking care of
the home front. There is a cost to start but ask Joe McHenry for a
entry consideration to get you started.

More Specific Help Resources
That is a really nice thing that you are doing for the families.
I am a staff member of the Army Reserve Family Programs. We
have a lot of access and such to resources for families. There
are a lot of resources like AER [Army Emergency Relief], American
Legion, and VFW ... to name a few. Also, placed geographically
within the US and other misc.territories, there are staff members
like myself who could also assist the families. If you are
interested in the listing of such staff .log into www.arfp.org
and follow links to direct you to the map out of all the staff.
We are interested in learning of other programs and such ... and
try to network with them when possible.
Again, thank you for your service to those uniquely serving us ~
