Q. Can I purchase an Casket and have it shipped directly to a funeral home?
A. Yes. We work closely with funeral homes across America to help insure that families are provided with a casket that adds meaning to a service created to celebrate the life of their loved one. Often, that means bringing in a special casket from us. The funeral home wants to be of service, and will not ask for additional fees to handle the Casket that you purchase from us.

Q. How quickly can you get one of your Caskets to a funeral home?
A. We can have your casket delivered in 24 hours to any funeral home in the 48 contigious states.

Q. How does this work?
A. Great Question! It is very simple. Families place their order, give Us all pertinent information: Name of the deceased, Funeral Home location and Funeral Directors telephone number along with the dates of services and viewings. That is it! Sarte does the rest. We notify the Funeral Home that a casket will be delivered on behalf of the family and we request from the Funeral Director WHEN they want the casket delivered.
Q. Will the funeral home accept a casket purchased from Sarte?
A. Yes, it is against the law for a funeral home to refuse a casket purchased elsewhere.
Q. Will the funeral home charge me a handling fee for not buying a casket from them?
A. No. It is illegal for a funeral home to charge a handling fee for purchasing a casket elsewhere.

This includes various funeral services, selected metal caskets and burial vaults. It does not include cemetery charges (ex: grave space, opening or closing of the grave, crypt or mausoleum, monument or marker).
