That unfortunately is a fact of life in this day and age, we are still feeling the effects of a serious recession, and globally countries that used to buy our goods and technology have slowed down in their purchases as well, hurting us even more. SO if we are going to get ahead new ways have to be found to live well comfortably and happily.

I AM NOW 64, FOR ME ITS BEEN EVEN MORE DIFFICULT IN THIS ENVIRONMENT. BUT EVENTUALLY I TOO WILL FIND MY SOLUTION. HOWEVER, THAT DOES NOT MEAN I CAN NOT LIVE HAPPILY ENJOYING THE COMPANY OF THOSE I ENJOY AND WANT TO BE PART OF MY LIFE. IT HAS BEEN SAID THAT TWO OR MORE CAN LIVE AS CHEAPLY AS ONE. AND LOGICALLY IT FOLLOWS THAT IF SEVERAL PEOPLE POOL THEIR EFFORTS TOGETHER THEY CAN LIVE WELL, HAPPILY AND ENJOY LIFE.

Stop, if your looking for a "SUGAR DADDY", you've come to the wrong place. I am in no position to be one and what's more, no one in my life time has helped me either. So this is an honest proposal for mutual benefit, nothing more than as stated.

What I am proposing is nothing new , nothing that hasn't been done before by others in similar circumstances to get themselves ahead. But what I am proposing is that instead of us being frustrated at trying to get ahead, find sexual partners, friends and a comfortable life, we take our likes and common goals and combine them and work together so that we can enjoy the best of everything even if its in our small paradise and corner of the world.

Here is what I think could work for us. IF interested. I have a home its a two bedroom home, with a little effort we could easily have 4 living here comfortably. I like younger men, I like them young handsome, fit , intelligent and reliable. Not into guys with drug, smoking or major problems. Im interested in clean cut guys that want a place to live, where they can enjoy sex with one another as friends and without strings, a place where they can live, be themselves and know that all are there to support one another 100%, that everyone is there to see everyone achieves their goals and happiness. Want to call it a brotherhood, a frat a club call it what you wish. But the fact is most of us are looking for a place to live where we can be ourselves, be accepted, and have no hang ups. Where we can be straight with everyone but be ourselves at home, know that we have someone we can speak openly and candidly with and not be judged because we prefer same sex.

What I suggest is a home, where you will be part of a family so to speak but with guys that you can sleep with and play with willingly. First you have to accept me in that I am older and many of you do not like an older guy, and if you like an older guy your going to have to be comfortable with the other members of the house that will be most likely in your age range 23-36.

WE hope to get a group of guys that seriously want a home to live in and share with each other, there will be some adjusting to be done but it can easily be done amongst 4 people. My home can easily accommodate us and we can all live comfortably. If your a student, recent grad or young professional, consider this alternative.

Things are tough and I fear they are going to get tougher. By pooling together much can be accomplished, i offer my home, my friendship, my love to be shared. You will in turn have a place to live where you will be welcome, enjoy your mates, and find comfort, good cheer and comaraderie. Its all for one and one for all. I have almost a complete gym , seldom used, so if your into working out, youve found a haven, I have ample room and you will not lack sexual partners when you want Im sure with the home.

The key is simple, be yourself. Leave the hate, mistrust, attitude and arrogance behind you. And look towards a life with guys that will enjoy you as much as they you. There is the beach, beautiful surroundings and great weather. Above all there will be a place you can call home and be happy. You can video chat, use internet and play for real with guys that are great buds, handsome and safe, because they are your new family to love and enjoy> I will share with you my knowledge and give you pointers on how to save money for your future needs and eventual retirement, so what has happened to me won't happen to you. Believe me I can really help here.

I suggest you send a recent picture, your honest comments, what you feel you would add to the group. Remember there will be 4 people in the house and initially we will have to do some readjusting.
