Any jewelry orders to be shipped . NOTE many items are specially ordered, and mey be shipped seperately from general merchandise. Allow up to 6-8 weeks for delivery.

TAX:

Any orders to be shipped to destinations within the State of Florida must include 6% state sales tax, unless exempt. If you are exempt from paying Florida State sales tax please include your resale certificate number on the order form.

PREPAYMENT:

Prepayment, in U.S. funds, is required by individuals and private industry, and must include shipping and handling charges. $2.50 surcharge on orders less than $25.00

SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGES

FREIGHT (PREPAID ORDERS ONLY) ADD 15% to the total above via U.S.P.S. (U.S. Postal Service) Ground Service. All orders shipped in Continental US via U.S.P.S. Ground Service allow 4-10 days for delivery. Minimum Freight charge - for orders under $25.00 ,remit $4.85 to cover freight. If your Remittance or Credit is insufficient to PREPAY your order and freight, we will automatically ship C.O.D. for Balance Due.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

All wholesale orders require that you have paid membership for the priviledge of buying at wholesale. You need to include your membership ID with the order in order to be eligible for the wholesale pricing.

FOREIGN & OVERSEAS ORDERS

All foreign and overseas orders must email or fax for shipping quote. Contact US at rmealey@usa.net or fax to 561-840-8644 for the shipping quote amount to be added on your order form. Foreign orders are generally shipped U.S. Airmail or UPS Air, at our option. You are wholly responsible for any custom duties, import restrictions, etc. All payments must be made by Bank Money Order or Credit Card in U.S. Funds by fax. All Credit Card Orders under $300.00 US (including Shipping) must fill out and fax us the Credit Card Order Form. MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY! Must Send a photocopy your Identification and a photocopy of the credit card. No foreign or overseas orders paid by credit card over $300.00 will be excepted.

RETURN POLICY

ALL sales are FINAL unless defective. Defective merchandise may be returned for EXCHANGE only after being authorized by us. Returns WILL NOT be accepted for exchange unless so authorized.
