to the rescue would be most welcome too!]. My 2br home will
be shared, you will have or share the master bedroom with a queen size
waterbed,or otherif preferred, my friendship, support and whatever else you wish
won't lack sex if wanted ;-) ,I prefer a young person under 36,
a working caucasian professional or student is great! A NON smoker, no drugs
or alcohol problems. 1 pet at present in our 2br/1 1/2bath
home, which has all amenities,including complete with Gym equipment, jacuzzi,
cable TV, A/C, DSL internet etc. You will have FULL use of the house
Yes there is a washer and dryers as well in the home
Located: 1 1/2 blocks from Intercoastal, 5 minutes from Palm Beach,
10 minutes from PBI airport, 5 minutes from
downtown, 5 minutes from Palm Beach Atlantic College.
Rent is a flat $500.00 mo includes utilities (upfront) Due 1st of the month +
Your phone calls, cable,1/2 DSL and a $200.00 Deposit .You must be Trustworthy, Reliable
and Responsible. References .I will do my best to make you comfortable
