The following suggested text items should be incorporated in
submission to us on your letterhead if possible along with:

1. Two color photographs of the item to be sold.
2. Statement that you have proof of authenticity.
3. A complete description to be included in the presentation
   page.
4. The offered sale price. (We will encourage bidding for the
   item to sell higher).
5. Complete contact information including if possible an email
   address.
6. That you appoint ROGER J. MEALEY, JR. dba SARTE COLLECTION
   at P.O. Box 3392 Palm Beach, Florida 33480 as negotiator or
   your representative for the sale of the item you present.
7. You further state that upon an acceptable price being agreed
   upon, you will pay ROGER J. MEALEY, JR. 12% of the sale price
   negotiated and paid.  NO ITEM WILL BE SOLD WITHOUT YOUR FINAL
   APPROVAL.
8. Sarte Collection will promote through its web site worldwide
   the sale of the item you have consigned to sell.
9. All items will be listed by LOT numbers, insuring anonimity
   of the seller.
10. Shipping and Handling from owners location to buyer will be
   a seperate issue negotiated at the time of acceptance of sale
   price.
11. Roger J. Mealey dba as Sarte Collection will not be held
   liable for misinformation, or mis representation of items
   to be sold on behalf of seller providing such information.
12.Seller will be responsible for proof and attesting to
   authenticity, condition and careful shipping of item to
   buyer.
13.Seller will advise in a timely manner if item has been sold
   so we may remove it from our current offerings.
14.Seller may submit more than one item for sale.
