Mr. Qui:

(1) Spent five years (1987-1992) in the UK, half a year in Canada and got his MA from London University in 1990. He was reported in the July 1989 issue of the Evening Standard magazine as the only Winner in a large-scale Logic & Maths competition held in the UK.

(2) Used to be the Shanghai Representative for one of the largest investment banks on Wall Street. The front page of the June 29, 1998 issue of the Los Angeles Times published --slightly below Mr Bill Clinton's photograph--a small part of interview between me and their HK Bureau Chief.
